In most projects, it is the project management team that is held accountable for outcomes. Chris works with senior management to show how it is their governance that can make an appreciable difference to the project outcomes through the identification of risks and opportunities that the project may not see. Most projects are focused on delivering on time and within budget, but real project success is achieved in delivering real business benefits through engagement with key business stakeholders, and it is this governance role that is often overlooked.

Project Delivery Assurance


All projects at some point in their lifecycle are challenge with achieving project outcomes within the constraints of time, cost and quality. Chris is unique in that he has deep experience in delivering quality assurance reviews across Australia/Asia for SAP, combined with considerable experience in actually delivering successful projects. In essence a project reviewer who knows the theory, but can also empathize with program/project managers and their challenges, which he himself has faced.

 

Project Advisory


Combining his deep program management experience in delivering major programs with his communication skills to advise senior management on how their projects can deliver successful outcomes. With the experience of 10 large scale programs, Chris understands intimately the activities required from project initiation/mobilization through to the support of the implemented solution, Chris can compliment project management, and define strategies to address key projects activities that are failing to meet the expectations demanded for project success.
