Commercial Agent
A licensed commercial agent may: -
(a) serve any writ, summons or other legal process:
(b) ascertain the whereabouts of, or repossess, any goods the subject of a lease,
hire-purchase agreement or bill of sale or take possession of any goods the subject
of a mortgage within the meaning of the Credit Act 1984, or
(c) collect, request or demand payment of debts,
on behalf of any other person
Private Inquiry Agent
A licensed private inquiry agent may: -
(a) obtain and furnish information as to the personal character or actions of
any person or as to the character or nature of the business or occupation of any
person; or
(b) search for missing persons.
