OUR RATES

It costs NO MORE than $150 per person, per week.
(MINIMUM 4 WEEK STAY)
4 week residential lease then week to week tenancy

BOND / NOTICE TO VACATE

There is a bond equal to 2 weeks rent. There is a minimum of one months stay and you must provide us with a 14 day minimum notice to vacate.
