ORDERING INFORMATION

How to Order - For patterpillars, paint-your-own figurines and non-custom toy kits, just use the shopping cart! If you get to the end of the shopping cart process but don't actually pay, unless I'm told otherwise, I'll assume you decided not to go through with the order.

Custom orders such as Build-a-Beastie kits, painted figurines and drawn art require you to email me with information first, so don't worry about the cart. I can tell you the total when it's time to pay. The address is pantheoncomics[at]gmail.com.

How to Pay - In Australian dollars through PayPal or (for Australian customers) bank transfer. I'm willing to consider other payment methods, but you will be liable for whatever horrendous fees are involved. ;).

What's an Oz dollar worth? - Currently something in the vicinity of US$0.90, £0.50 and €0.60. Check with XE.com. If you're overseas, Paypal will do the currency conversion when you pay.

What about the postage / shipping? - The shopping cart talks to the Australia Post website and calculates postage costs based on your location and the weight of the items you've ordered.

Within Australia you can choose standard Parcel Post (2/3 days), Registered Parcel Post (insurance and signature on delivery) or Express Post (1 day).

Internationally you can have regular Airmail (3-10 days, usually takes about a week) or Registered International (also 3-10 days, with insurance and signature on delivery). If you really feel like shelling out, there are other options such as Express Post International and Express Courier International, but they start at around AU$40, so they're not good value for small light parcels.

If you're only buying patterpillars, they usually only cost as much as letters to send, but they seem to take as long as parcels (up to 10 business days after I post them) to arrive. Select the appropriate "patterpillars only" option in the shopping cart. In general, it's about $1.20 within Australia and $2.20 internationally.

I'm free to go to the post office about twice a week, except during the school holidays, when I work for some friends for the full fortnight and may not even check my emails due to exhaustion.

Let me know in the comments section of the order form if you particularly want to know when your parcel's on its way, because I'm a Rude Person and don't say thank you for every single order (though of course I am grateful for them all! :)) Patterpillars do occasionally go astray in the postal system, though, so bug me at pantheoncomics[at]gmail.com if there's a problem.
