Vegetarian Crock Pot - Every mom will tell you that trying to come up with new and tasty dinner ideas is challenging. We all have our own standards we fall back on time and time again. However, to keep your family interested in meal time you need to come up with different dishes. One delicious dinner that takes just a few minutes to make is vegetarian crock pot chili.
Ground beef has long been the staple of chili. There’s no mistaking that it certainly makes for a delicious and substantial meal but with all the concerns about red meat, eating more vegetables is a healthier choice. There are many vegetarian crock pot chili recipes that contain so many different vegetables that you won’t even miss the meat.

All it needs is a few hours of slow cooking and by the time you arrive home, it is all ready to be eaten.
As with anything delicious you should always make more than you’ll need for dinner. Vegetarian crock pot chili tastes even better the next day so it’s great to have enough left over for lunch. You can also mix the leftovers with some melted cheese for a great dip. Serve it with some crackers or tortilla chips and people will ask how it’s made.
