Who are we?
The Sunnybank Community Social Golf Club has a membership of around 60 of which about 45 persons play each month. Our members are a fun loving, sociable group of golfers who get together for a competitive game of golf once a month. Our membership consists of male and females, ranging from juniors to seniors with varying abilities ranging from new players to seasoned golfers.
Club handicaps give everyone an equal chance of having their winning day. The club allows maximum handicaps of 36 for men and 40 for women, so that players who are just finding their feet in the game don't feel totally outclassed in our competitions.
We just want to play golf!
The Club arranges a full programme, playing different courses around Brisbane.
Members are not obligated to play in any particular games, just the ones that appeal to them, although they need to have played a minimum number of games to be eligible for certain annual Club events and awards.
Who is the Club for?
