The Kingston Wolves are the first side into the Grandfinal this season.
In a tight, wet game Kingston managed come from behind to complete a 10 point win over Gungahlin. It certainly was a slog in the wet conditions with both teams performing very well.
Kingston now has a week off while ADFA and Gungahlin face each other in the preliminary final. Keeping a lid on the emotions of the win Coach Evans immediately anounced training days for the next fortnight.
Keep up the work boys.Best wishes the Wolves.
Early Game.
The
2nd Grade.Saturday 12th August 2000
Well what can you say when its all over. The Wolves were defeated by a very focused ANU team on Saturday ending the season for the two's.
Although largley a successful year it is far too early to bow out.
This will be the first time in the Wolves history both teams have not gone forward through the finals together. It feels strange. The 1999 Howling Wolf Awards R-Hole of the Year: Gary Allen

The Kingston 1 game will be played at Margret Donohue Oval Qbn.
The Kingston 2 game will not be next season unfortunately.Next game Kingston 1 will be starting at 2.30 p.m. Saturday 26th August.
No game for Kingston 2Preview: ADFA will be pumped up to beat a Kingston side wanting to make amends for last years grandfinal loss. This will make a great game even better. Being first into the Grandfinal is no assurance of success as the Wolves found out last year against ADFA. Whatever happens this week the Grandfinal will be well worth watching.
