Equity Theory Research - The equity theory research, or the standard by which resources are distributed according to relative contributions have been evaluated by a number of prospectives. While there is a lot of different input to the equity theory research, a number of those that gave input all came up with different perspectives and shared many different views on equity.
An example of equity theory research was taken in 1965 when Adams argued that when inequity is perceived to exist, an individual will experience psychological stress and therefore, will be motivated to correct the inequity in order to eliminate any uncomfortable feelings. While this is viewed by some as being correct, there are others that argue against it.
To address inequity with equity theory research, Adams argued that an individual may choose from a variety of strategies, which include a variety of different modifications and inputs. He had several different arguments, some of which support equity, and some that rival inequity. When it comes down to equity and research, you’ll notice that no two opinions or arguments will be the same.
If you’re interested in equity theory research, you can find many different quotes and arguments all over the internet. While there are many that believe their theory is the best, there are others that feel the same way. With this in mind, it can be bordering on the lines of impossible to tell which one is right. As long as the argument supports the theory, then the ever increasing research can be considered a success.
For many years, equity theory research has always led to arguments and debates as to what the theory actually means. Those that have participated in these arguments in the past have left their trademarks and arguments behind. This way, everyone can look back and see exactly what they had to say.
