Once you get the criteria entered in, you’ll receive crunched numbers. These numbers are great to have, especially when you decide to refinance your mortgage.
If you have extra payments with your mortgage, you should enter them into the mortgage calculator as well. These extra payments can be just about anything, just as long as they are counted into your mortgage payment. Entering in your extra payments will recalculate your amortization table. This criterion is important to your mortgage, especially if you have extra payments with your mortgage.
