With a little research you can learn how to obtain a credit report and how to contact a credit reporting agency to have false information removed. The credit report will have the names of all companies that reported on you and if any are old, you may be required to show proof that they have been paid but if you can prove it then the company will have to remove the report.
Start immediately with your credit repair so you will be able to have good credit when the time comes to make those important purchases that you want and need. Nearly everywhere you go someone will want to see your credit history. Loans, Rentals even employers are requiring a good credit history on the people that they do business with. If you show that you have a good credit history then people feel you are able to handle things in your life and will be more interested in working with you.
