provides accessible, efficient and reliable transport for people with physical disabilities.

By providing accessible, efficient and reliable transport for people with physical disabilities, DARTS will ensure it increases the quality of life of each user member and will ensure:

• The right of people to make choices in their own lives
• The right of people to dignity, respect, privacy and confidentiality
• The right of people to be valued as individuals
• The right of people to have mobility
• The right of people to access services on a non-discriminatory basis
• The right of people to safe, comfortable and reliable services
• The right of people with physical disabilities to accountable and responsive services
