DCA Computers is a long standing computer store which has been operating in the Hills district for over 6 years. We have formed a strong relationship with Computer Pals and welcome all members who visit our store. We typically provide ‘extra’ services for those customers who mention they are from Computer Pals. We firmly believe that computing is a wonderfully fulfilling interest for seniors and facilitate this where ever possible. Our store has been recently updated to include working displays of all the main computer packages and components. We have at least 6 functioning computer packages on display, a dozen LCD Monitors, and many sets of speakers. A 10 button switch allows you to listen to each set of speakers if you wish. We provide a comprehensive repair service for both desktop computers and notebooks, with discounts for Computer Pals members. We also have a broad range of 2nd hand computers and notebooks. We provide an onsite service where a trusted DCA technician can come to your home to repair your computer. This costs $110 for the callout (which includes the first half hour) and then $50 per half hour thereafter. Alternatively, we can offer you remote desktop support from $50 per 15 minutes. This is where a technician can take over your computer via the Internet, and try to resolve any problems you are having, while you look on. You might even learn something along the way. Call in to DCA Computers and mention you are a Computer Pals member. You will be warmly greeted, and well looked after with all your computing needs and questions. |
