   -   Diesel Powered Generator

   -   Solar electrics and battery banks

   -   Wind Generator

   -   Large BBQ on the front deck (Access from both ends of the House)

   -   Separate Toilet and Shower downstairs, shared between both sides of the House

   -   Undercover parking
