William married Elizabeth Osborne, daughter of Benjamin and Ann Osborne nee Tragenza on the 11th October 1740. William died in 1784. Elizabeth was christened on the 18th June 1721 at St. Stephen in Brannel, Cornwell England.

8. Samuel Parkin, son of John and Elizabeth Parkin nee Brokenshire, was christened on the 4th March 1741 in St. Stephen in Brannel, Cornwell England. Samuel married Catherine Grigg, daughter of Jacob and Phillipa Grigg nee Bullock at St. Columb Major, Cornwell England on the 10th September 1808. Catherine was christened on the 28th April 1783 at St. Enoder, Cornwall England. In 1848 Samuel and Catherine were living at St. Stephen in Bremmel, Cornwell

10. Samuel Parkins, son of Samuel and Catherine Parkin nee Grigg, christened 13th Dec 1812, and married Elizabeth Windsor. Samuel arrived in Australia aboard the "Walter Morrice" on the 12th February 1849.

11. Phillipa Parkins, daughter of Samuel and Catherine Parkin nee Grigg, christened 1st May 1814, married Jonathon Cock. Jonathon and Phillipa Cock arrived in Australia aboard the ship "Amelia Thompson" in July 1838.

13. Benjamin Parkins, son of Samuel and Catherine Parkin nee Grigg, christened 27 January 1817, married Elizabeth Jane Dunstan 25th December 1847 at Menheniot, Cornwell England. Benjamin arrived in Australia aboard the "Walmer Castle" on the 30th December 1848. Benjamin died 28th December 1889 in Gladstone Street, Mudgee NSW Australia.
