Michael James Noonan, born before 1805 in Ireland. Michael resided at Ardraham, Galbally Co. Limerick Ireland. He married Catherine Fox/Fot on 25th October 1819 at Ardraham, Galbally Co. Limerick. Michael was a Farmer.

Catherine Noonan, daughter of Michael and Catherine Noonan nee Fox, born 1820 in Balbally, Co. Limerick Ireland and christened 10th April 1820. The Godparents were John Mahoney and Ellen Nunan.
John Noonan, son of Michael and Catherine Noonan nee Fox, born 1821 in Balbally, Co. Limerick Ireland and christened 16th November 1821 in the Parish of Galbally. The godparents were Edmund and Mary Nunan. John married Hannah Doherty, daughter of Philip and Mary Doherty nee O'Dougharty, in St. Joseph's Church East Maitland NSW, on the 30th August 1860; officiated by Rev. Father J. Kenny and the witnesses were Thomas Donnelly and Bridget Sweeney. They moved to the Clarence River and lived at Ulmarra. Hanna born 1835 in Ramelton, Co. Donegal, Ireland, arrived in Sydney, with her parents, aboard the "Herald" on the 15th July 1841 and died 26th September 1916, age 81yrs, at Ulmarra NSW.

Thomas Noonan, son of Michael and Catherine Noonan nee Fox, born 1828 in Co. Limerick and christened 28th March 1828 in Galbally Co. Limerick Ireland. The Godparents were William Noonan and Catherine Noonan.
James Noonan, son of Michael and Catherine Noonan nee Fox, born 1831 in Co. Limerick and christened January 1831 in Galbally Co. Limerick Ireland. The Godparents were John Noonan and Margaret Fox. James married Ellen Quinn on 8th August 1855 at Mitchelstown Co. Cork Ireland. James arrived in Sydney on the 4th March 1856 aboard the "David McIvor". His occupation was farm labourer. James and Ellen first settled at Seaham, Williams River NSW, before they went to the Clarence River District in 1860, first to Grafton and in 1863 they selected land at Woodford Island opposite the upper of Maclean where he resided till his death on 4th May 1906, aged 75 years having lived 50 years in the colony. There were 60 vehicles at his funeral and the service was by Father Walsh. James and Ellen are buried in RC Section of the Old Maclean Cemetery, Row 6 No. 28-29.

Michael Noonan, son of James and Ellen Noonan nee Quinn, born 30th July 1859 at Raymond Terrace NSW. Michael married Annie May Davis nee Mounter, daughter of Paul and Sarah Mounter, in 1903 at Maclean NSW. Michael died 6th August 1938 aged 79 and Annie died 27th May 1953 aged 86 years. Both buried in RC Section Maclean Cemetery. Annie married Peter Davis in 1895 (bdm 1904) at Waratah, Newcastle NSW and had two children, Oscar Peter (b: 1896 at Waratah) and Roy H. Davis (b: 1901 at Maclean). Peter then died in Maclean in 1901 (bdm 14157).

Elizabeth Ann Noonan, daughter of David and Mary Noonan nee Connolly of Crawford River, Bulahdelah, born 1869 at Port Stevens. Elizabeth married Philip Doherty, son of Patrick and Ann Doherty nee Gallen, on the 10th June 1889. Philip brought his bride to Millers Forrest where he and his brother James worked the family farm. Philip born 25th April 1854 at Millers Forrest NSW and died 15th February 1929. Elizabeth died on the 17th June 1945. They are buried in Raymond Terrace Cemetery.

Katie Germaine Nipperess, daughter of Thomas and Ellen Nipperess nee Noonan, born 4th December 1896 (bdm 4431 Maclean) and entered the religious order 'Little Company of Mary' at Lewisham NSW and was professed on 21st September 1924. She celebrated her Golden Jubilee in 1974 and lived at Lewisham.
Nellie Christina Nipperess, daughter of Thomas and Ellen Nipperess nee Noonan, born 26th December 1897 (bdm 4537 Maclean), and never married, but lived with her sister Mrs. Theresa Barry. Nellie died on 11th February 1978.
Joseph Nipperess, son of Thomas and Ellen Nipperess nee Noonan, born 17th June 1899 (bdm 22289 Maclean) and died 10th June 1953.
