Maher Family

1. James Maher, son of Daniel and Ellen Maher nee Mulcahy, born c1800 in Tipperary Ireland. James arrived from Tipperary Ireland and settled in the Hunter River District. James married Mary Mulcahy at St. Michaels Catholic Church, East Maitland NSW on the 20th July 1841. [BDM V184 1354 123/1841 LK] Mary born c1810 in Co. Tipperary, Ireland and died at Coraki. James died 16th January 1872 at Clarencetown NSW.
