• William Daly, a convict, was tried and convicted, age 40 years, in Co. Cork in 1829 and sentenced to 7 years. William was transported from Cork, arrived in Port Jackson on the 9th January 1821 aboard the "Prince Regent II (1)". in 1821.

1. John Daly, son of William Daly,  was born 1799 in Co. Cork, Ireland. John married Margaret Wilbow, daughter of James and Elizabeth Wilbow nee Shipp, on the 8th September 1839 in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, East Maitland NSW. Margaret was born 6th March 1819 in Sydney and died 24th January 1896 in Cowper NSW. John died  10th June 1880 in Singleton NSW. James Wilbow arrived aboard the "Salamander" on the 21st August 1791 and Mary Wilbow nee Martin was transported from Plymouth and arrived in Port Jackson on the 21st August 1791 aboard the "Neptune".

2. William Daley, son of John and Margaret Daley nee Wilbow, was born 3rd January 1840 in Hinton NSW and died 5th January 1917 at Murwillumbah NSW. William married  Mary Elizabeth Malone, daughter of Philip Malone and Mary Carroll, on the 22nd February 1857, in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, East Maitland NSW. Elizabeth was born 10th October 1835 in New Ross, Dioceses of Ferns, County Wexford  Ireland, and died 3rd August 1916, age 80yrs, in Murwillumbah NSW.

3. Margaret Eleanor Daley, daughter of William and Elizabeth Daley nee Malone, born 25th December 1857 in Seaham NSW. Margaret married (1) James Kean, on the 12th May 1877 in Brushgrove NSW. James was born in 1842 and died 25th December 1882 in Grafton NSW.
   Margaret married (2) Benjamin Gillett, on the 28th March 1894 in Brushgrove NSW.
   Benjamin was born in 1850 in Brighton.

Philip married Maria "Mary" Virginia Rathborne on the 18th August 1884 [6930/1884] in Casino NSW. Mary was born 11th April 1867 in Codrington and died 24th October 1948 in Manly.

Patrick was born in 1865 at Broadwater NSW and died 1st October 1949 at Murwillumbah. Mary died 18th November 1937 at Condong NSW.

7. Patrick Daley, son of William and Elizabeth Daley nee Malone, born 18th July 1864 in Ulmarra NSW and died 24th January 1935 in Sydney. Patrick married Madeline Kate Rauchle, daughter of August Rauchle and Honor O'Halloran, on the 21st August 1893 at Orange NSW. Kate was born 23rd July 1872 in Orange and died 16th July 1957, age 84yrs, at North Bondi NSW.

Elizabeth married James Phelan on the 20th January 1900 in Evans Head NSW. James was born 9th June 1865 on Palmer Island NSW and died 4th December 1943 in Belmore River.

"Jack" married Mary Margaret Moylan, daughter of Michael Francis and Laura Agnes Moylan nee Walsh, on the 17th June 1922 [7351/1922] at St Mary's Catholic Church, Waverley NSW. Jack died at Waverley 30th January 1979 and is buried in RC Waverley Cemetery. Mary died 11th October 1975 at Waverley.
