2. James Agnew, son of Adam and Bridget Agnew, born c. 1796 in the Parish of Ballyscullion, County Derry, Ireland, was tried and convicted, with his brother Henry, in Londonderry (Ireland) in July 1836. James was sentenced to death, but the death sentenced was commuted to life and was transported from Co. Derry, along with his brother, arriving in Port Jackson, on the 5th January 1837 aboard the ship "St. Vincent " which had sailed from Cork in Ireland on the 13th September 1836. James died in 1864 in Cooma NSW.

       i)    Matilda Agnew, born 9th November 1836 in Castle Dawson, Co. Derry.
    
3. Henry Agnew, son of Adam and Bridget Agnew, born c. 1800 in the Parish of Ballyscullion, County Derry, Ireland, was tried and convicted, with his brother James, in Londonderry (Ireland) in July 1836. Henry was sentenced to death, but the death sentenced was commuted to life and was transported from Co. Catherine, born February 1791 in the Parish of Ballyscullion, County Derry, Ireland., and died 10 January 1889 in Cooma [bdm 11286 Cooma]. Catherine age 41, and sons Edward age 15, James age 13 and Adam age 17, arrived aboard the "Success" in 1849. Hugh and his wife Ellen were sponsored by Henry and arrived aboard the ship "Mary Pleasants" in 1858. Henry died 22 March 1884, [bdm 10884 Cooma] both are buried in Cooma Cemetery.

5. Matilda Agnew, daughter of James and Ellen Agnew, born 9th November 1836 in Castle Dawson, Co. Derry and died 16th August 1905 in Cooma NSW. Matilda married John Moylan in 1856 at Cooma NSW [bdm 1309  Cooma]. John born 1834 and died 18th December 1918 in Cooma and both are buried in the Cooma Cemetery.

6. Hugh Agnew, son of Henry and Catherine Agnew, born 1830, Parish of Ballyscullion, County Derry, Ireland.; d. 1912, Cooma NSW. Hugh, age 58, and his wife Ellen, age 22, arrived in 1858 aboard the ship "Mary Pleasants". Both were sponsored by their father Henry. Hugh married Ellen (unknown), daughter of Andrew and Rosannah Agnew. Ellen born c.1886 and died 1891 in Cooma NSW. Hugh died 1912 in Cooma NSW. Hugh fought in the Crimean War.
