Welcome to the Radiyate website.
Radiyate is a new commercial business established in April 2008 by 15 students from the Entrepreneurs in Science Unit at UNSW. The company was formed as a YAA initiative to help develop business skills in predominantly science trained students. Radiyate adopted a relatively flat organisational structure to encourage high employee involvement in business decisions. There are 8 specialist teams, each headed by their respective directors, and all overseen by the managing director.
