EWIS Bypass Units

EWIS Bypass is a requirement of all public buildings in Australia. Our units inteface between a Fire Alarm Panel and a PA system alowing an Emergency Condition to shut down the signal to Background Music or PA systems to allow the EWIS tones or Emergency Announcements to be heard. We offer both active and passive systems depending on the feeds supplied by the Fire Alarm Panel. Pasive systems require a +24v Voltage at all times that drops to 0v upon an Alarm Event. Active Panels have built in PSUs that allow a simple contact closure to trigger the unit. Units are available in Rack Mount format with Balanced Audio connections on Either Stereo 6.35mm Jacks or 3 Pin XLR connectors. More Details are coming soon.
