In the provision of the above services my modest charges will be in relation to the time I spend conducting research on your behalf or actually undertaking work for you. I do not sell you IT equipment, applications, programs and I have no ties or allegience to any hardware or software vendors. Any purchases that need to be made will be made by you, in the name of your club or business.  You will own it and also own anything I build or create for you.  You keep the intellectual property as part of the assets of your business.

As I do not sell products (and don't make any profit out of products) I have no vested intrest in trying to upsell products or try and get you to change to the "latest and greatest" versions of anything.  If something is old but still functions and does what you need it to do without issues then why change it?
