The Association maintains a music library of original scores and settings from which registered bands may borrow free of charge. Click on the links below to view the current library catalogues.

A condition of borrowing library music is that no copying is permitted

If you would like to borrow any of the music from our Library please E-mail our Librarian making sure you quote the catalogue number

Conditions of use of Library
Registered Bands may borrow Band Settings, Scores, Solo’s, Duets, Trios, Quartets, Ensembles and Piano Accompaniments for a period of two months.

All music must be returned at the expiration of the loan period, in the same condition as it was received . All individual parts need to be checked by the borrower and sorted into the correct order before returning it to the library, to ensure that all settings are complete

Overdue or damaged settings or scores may incur a fine of $150 or the cost of replacing the music, whichever is the greater. Overdue solo’s, duets, trios, quartets or ensembles may incur a fine of $30 or the cost of replacing the music, whichever is the greater.

Scores for use as an adjudicators copy are available on request to the State Secretary at the time of lodging the entry for the contest.
