                              VERY IMPORTANT: Registration Cut Off Dates

 Please note the registration and permit player closing dates for the year 2012.

Band secretaries and musical directors are reminded that all player registrations need to be finalised 6 weeks prior to the date of contest.

No registrations will be accepted inside the six week period.

Band Secretaries - please note it is your responsibility to ensure that all of your players are registered. No excuses to the contrary will be accepted after the closing dates. This is in accordance with by-laws 2c and 11a.

Local permit forms are required 14 days prior to the commencement of the national championships and prior to the commencement of our State and Branch contests, as per by-law 22a. Interstate and overseas permits are also required 14 days prior to the commencement of our National, State and Branch contests for verification purposes.
