We don't always know when our computer is going to die on us, and when it does it's at a time when we need it most. Here at Byte Builders, we come to you at a time when it's most convenient, after business hours when you're home and have the most time to sit down and tell us the problems. We understand that most of our customers work and have day jobs, so you can relax and know that our technician will be either at your place of Business or at your home when you are.

For businesses it's not always a good time during the business day to have someone on site working on your systems, especially those pesky servers that need to be up and accessible during the day. If an emergency strikes we can be on your site at a time when your servers can be down, after hours.
