Stressed Skin Insulation Panel consists of expanded polystyrene foam insulation material, laminated between heavy duty polyester coated steel. Although other skins are available e.g. plywood, fibreglass, stainless steel, fibre cement and aluminium etc. depending on quantity and availability.

Some of the current uses include houses, Mushroom Farms, House Boats, Saunas, Portable Buildings, Caravan Annexes, piggeries, Small Cool rooms for the rear tray of vans and trucks, car and railway carriage wash buildings, office partitions, office ceilings as well as composite roof/ceiling panels which, because of their light weight and strength can span up to 8 metres without structural support - Can you imagine the savings here!
