The warm public reception of the original edition in hard cover has led its publisher Routledge to include it in the list of 7 titles the Asia-Pacific New-in-Paperback editions in 2007-8, and subsequently one of the two titles from that short list included in as Routledge Paperbacks Direct series. Routledge prides the latter as “the cream of our hardback publishing in a paperback format and price”. |
