Hi. I'm Arthur Tilde, an IT Professional based in the beautiful Sydney Australia.

This site aims to provide general information about my IT skills, experience and expertise to the general public. I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering and more than 17 years in the information technology space using industry best practices.

I've provided my professional services to a number of multinational companies in different industries; i.e. service delivery, finance, manufacturing, engineering, marketing & healthcare.

I have taken up several technical roles including Systems Administrator, Technical Support Analyst, Infrastructure Analyst, Network Engineer, and Field Service Engineer. Standard duties include, 2nd & 3rd level technical support, team leadership, design, troubleshooting and resolution, system monitoring, patch management, server management, LAN/WAN installations and support, virus definition updates, data backup & recovery, software releases, testing/roll-out of new technologies and documentation.

As my career progressed, I have taken several management positions including IT Maintenance Manager, Network Manager, Infrastructure Manager & IT Project Manager. I am currently the NSW IT Manager - Diagnostic Imaging for a leading healthcare provider in the industry.

I am also PRINCE2 qualified, making sure all products delivered adhere to customer's quality expectations.
