Note, these are normal mode only. Dungeon sets 3 and 4 drop in normal mode.
Heroic mode requires level 70, and Revered with the relevant faction in order to get the required key. All members need the key to enter an instance in Heroic mode. Epics drop in Heroic mode, as well as these being required for quests leading to attunement to some of the 10/25 man instances.
