Basic Idea: Sit back and build up. Be subtle. Governs are for getting more vampires. Occasionally bleed just for 1 or 2, to keep a little pressure on prey (lots of vamps have +1 bleed built in). When sufficiently ensconced, strike to kill. Bleed with all you have, snatch a VP, hope the 6 pool is enough to keep you alive while undefended for one turn. Then repeat the whole building up phase until you're ready to strike again.
Note: Praxis Solomon requires then to yield then and there. Political Seizure says you get the location as soon as they yield it, not during your next untap phase, as would be the case with conventional contesting. Thus, they combo quite well.
