The whole min/max average thingy in the heading is ...well...roughed up by hand, and i wasn't sure of the standard formula. so, min is just total capacity of starting uncontrolled region if you get the 4 smallest guys, max is just the largest starting capacity, and average is the average capacity of the total crypt.
