Equipment Hire

Slow Motion Cameras Australia is able to provide a range of equipment for hire on a daily basis.

Equipment is available for rent or lease, or we will come to you as a consultant/sub-contractor.

Available for hire from our Brisbane office:

• Photron SA1 colour camera with 16GB memory and computer. HDTV resolutions -- 1024x1024 pixels up to 5400 fps, 1024x576 (16:9 ratio) up to 10,000 fps, and lesser resolutions up to 650,000 fps       

• Note: This camera is available for TV Commercial Production within a rig that simulates an Arriflex 35BL and takes PL lenses -- see picture at bottom of this page

• 2000 Colour camera with computer

• TroubleShooter HR monochrome with 3GB memory

• TroubleShooter LE 500fps monochrome, 1GB memory

• SportsCam 500fps colour, 1GB memory

• Fastec InLine 1000fps monochrome, 2GB memory

• Infra-red strobe light

• Karl Storz rigid industrial endoscope or borescope with light and Sony camcorder -- shaft 330mm x 10mm, 30 degree tip (may be used with operator's eye, Sony camcorder or high-speed camera)

Conditions of Hire

• Hirer responsible for freight both ways; freight to be overnight or additional rental will apply

• Hirer must receive initial training on some systems as required

• One day each way travel time allowed; minimum rental away from Brisbane is 2 days

• Hirer responsible for insurance and for any damage caused to equipment

• In the event of failure of rental equipment, liability is limited to the provision of a working camera at the nearest possible date
