Our process is clearly defined and integral to effective project management

Throughout the lifecycle of the project, visibility is provided through clearly defined phases, project dashboard accessible by the client and frequent signoff checkpoints. After review, each phase concludes with the client signing off.

Definition
In this phase, the aim is to learn about the client, the client’s project objectives and to conduct appropriate research to be able to formulate a written project proposal. The proposal includes design criteria and content planning.

Planning (Concept Development)
Layouts are developed based upon the design criteria. Proposed project content, the design possibilities are explored and developed, as per criteria set during the Definition Phase. Idea generation techniques - ensuring a full range of creative ideas are explored to guarantee a world class solution. Electronic Proof of Concept.

Execution
On acceptance of the final design concepts, production of the project work is commenced. Testing concludes this phase.

Closeout
The published website is the rewarding outcome of input by all.
