Mountain Reflections, a Blaxland-based public relations company, is expected to attract local investors when it is listed on the stock exchange next week.
Recognising that the cost of hosting a large wedding has become prohibitive, entrepreneur Davey d'Dasher came up with a simple solution—mirrors.
Just invite twenty guests to Mr d'Dasher's establishment and a selection of strategically placed mirrors will instantly turn them into a large crowd of well-wishers.
To add realism, hidden microphones will pick up and amplify chatter so that guests feel they are in a noisy, cheerful room.
The system has particular appeal to realistic parents who would otherwise have to spend large sums of money for weddings which, at best, have only a fifty percent chance of success.
Mr d'Dasher said weddings are just the beginning. He will offer his unique facility to political parties who may want to increase the size of their conventions.
Because the Labor and Liberal parties command a large following their cost per-capita would be quite low, but he has a team of accountants preparing an estimate should his company be approached by One Nation.
