04 Update

2004 has been a wonderful and successful year.

Naomi continues to do well at school and really enjoyed year 1. She also continued with swimming and dancing. Her commitment and interest to these activities makes us very happy and proud.

Dylan started his first year in pre-school late in the year (Aug). He was not very keen on leaving the family and is still adjusting to the new routine. However, he has developed his interest and skills in sporting activities (Cricket, Golf, Soccer & football). He is also planning to begin tap dancing classes next year.

Michelle's 2nd year with her special education class was exhausting but interesting. This year she managed to work part-time, 4 days a week. She spent Friday with the kids, visiting Naomi's school for reading and taking Dylan to Kindy Gym.

I had another extremely busy, challenging and rewarding (Fun) year. Finally after 3 and half years I have managed to complete my post graduate studies. Many times I struggled to keep the balance between family, work and study. It is a huge relief to finish and hopefully rewards will follow this effort. Also, I had the opportunity to work in the front end of the business last year. It was quite a challenging but rewarding experience and definitely one of the highlights of the year. This experience allowed me to understand my interest and future aspiration. Hopefully next year (05) will bring opportunities to explore this interest and desire.
