The construction of Comfortably numb
began in Feb 2003 and completed in Feb 2005. The vessel was built to Queensland Survey
standards and has been periodically inspected by a Queensland Maritime
Surveyor. Every effort was made to ensure a high standard of
construction for both performance and safety.
Extensive use has been made of the
materials and methods utilised in the aerospace industry to provide for
an exceptionally lightweight and strong vessel. This will compliment the
high performance design concepts of Ian Farrier.
