Cole Thomas communicates through cuisine. His food aims to be provocative without being irreverent; accessible, but never mundane. Chef de Cuisine of the Ri Aus'Adelaide Science Exchange and Managing Director of What a Dish Pty Ltd, Cole is among Adelaide's most prominent and inspiring young chefs.

 

Great cuisine is as much about the presentation, the atmosphere, and the service as the flavour components. CTCS is devoted to the enhancement of the global package of restaurant and hospitality solutions.

 

The man who turned What a dish! Premium Caterers into Adelaide's most recognised corporate caterer in under four years now shares his talents and knowledge in a number of settings:
