The
house is located within the old walls of the village, adjacent to one of
the original gateways.
The
house has been sympathetically renovated, retaining its original
character, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay for up to
five people. Enter Rue du Chateau from the Place du Portail
Neuf, with its fountain and its regular gathering of locals.

Pass
under the overhanging vine, up the timeworn steps to the front door. You
enter a large and well-equipped kitchen complete with a traditional
farmhouse table and exposed timber beams.

Visitors in the colder months
can enjoy the comfort and atmosphere of an open fire. |

Take
the stairs to the next level and the spacious and comfortable main bedroom
with a large double bed (160 x 200 cm), a walk-in wardrobe, and plenty of shelving.
All linen is supplied. |

Continuing
past this bedroom, you will find the laundry with a modern washing machine
and rotary clothes dryer. An iron and ironing board are supplied for the
use of our guests.
Also on this level is a separate toilet and a
large light-filled bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower, a bath, a
vanity unit and a bidet. |

On the
top floor level you will find a double bedroom with another large double
bed (160 x 200) and a single bed.
Like the main bedroom, this spacious room overlooks the Rue du Chateau.
With its elevated position and two shuttered windows this is a light
and pleasant room with views across the village rooftops.

Also on this
level is the comfortable sitting room which is equipped with a television,
and CD & DVD players for the use of our guests. There is also a
collection of english language books.

Off the sitting room is the terra
cotta tiled balcony overlooking the Place du Portail Neuf, and with great
views across the village and the Provencal landscape to Mont Ventoux.
