Entry Form Information

  • Some games may seem to have odd 3 letter codes. Please use them, as the computer registration system has been set up to use them.
  • If you are entering 3 single day games over the 3 days of the convention, you only need to pay the 3 day fee ($50.00). While we appreciate you paying 3 x 1 day fees ($90.00) it is the wrong amount.
  • Please write clearly on your form. If we can not read your email address, you will not get your confirmation email, and your games organiser will have no way to contact you.
  • If you have not heard from us 1 week after you think we would have received your form, send us an email to see what is happening. (My fax machine does sometimes eat random faxes when it is hungry)

Trade Stands

There are now no more dealer spaces available at Cancon 2009.

If you missed out this year, book early for Cancon 2010.

(Contact us after Cancon 2009)

Also, in response to a request from another convention, Cancon 2009 will be hosting stands from the Australian Games Expo.

These stands will be displaying many new and amazing games for you to learn to play. Most will be available from trade stands at the convention.

Have a look at http://www.austgamesexpo.com/ for more info on the Games Expo stands attending Cancon 2009.
