This is a collection of useful stuff for Lucid Puppy Linux


Kernel Source
This is the kernel source that you will need for compiling drivers in Lucid Puppy 5.1 (and 5). It is in Squash File System format for use with frugal installations of Puppy Linux. You can expand it and merge with a Full Install .. (if I need to explain how to do that then you should learn it before attempting to compile drivers. wink)

Ubuntu Lucid Libraries
These are the ones you want if you compile or install something and you get complaints about missing dependencies. For Lucid Puppy they are the best for compatibility and stability. Be warned, on a slow connection this page takes a long time to load!

Compiling SFS (devx)
This is needed to compile source code in Lucid Puppy 5.1. It supports C, C++, Vala, Genie, forth and assembler code and has all the header files for respective installed libraries and apps in Puppy 5.1.
